Delivery countries
We deliver to Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Shipping rates
Denmark: DKK 39
Sweden: DKK 99
Norway: DKK 180
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout, in your local currency, before you pay. For deliveries to Norway, customs duties and import fees may apply.

Carrier
We ship with PostNord to Denmark and Sweden and with UPS to Norway. Your parcel can be tracked, and you will receive the tracking number by email once it has been shipped.

Delivery time
Items in stock are shipped as soon as possible. Speakers that are not in stock are built for you before dispatch, and the delivery time is then 3–4 weeks. This is shown on the product page, and the expected delivery time is also stated in your order confirmation. If your delivery is delayed, we will write to you with a new date. You can always cancel an order that has not been shipped and get your money back.

When your parcel arrives
Check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, take a photo and write to info@bulowsen.dk. Transport damage is our responsibility, so we will provide a new item or a repair at no cost to you.
