Free returns for 14 days
As a consumer at Bülowsen, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you receive your order. Return shipping is free, so you can try the speakers at home risk-free.
How to return
Write to us at info@bulowsen.dk within the 14 days and let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will then send you a free return label. Send the item back no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the package without notifying us.
Pack the speakers securely, preferably in the original packaging, and use the return label we send you. This allows the shipment to be tracked all the way back to us.
Refund
We will refund the purchase price, including your original shipping costs for standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. The money will be returned to the payment method you used for the purchase.
Condition of the item upon return
You are welcome to try the speakers as you would in a store. You are liable for any depreciation in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.
Complaints
You have a 24-month right to file a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is a defect in the item, please write to us at info@bulowsen.dk with a brief description and preferably a photo. For valid complaints, we cover the return shipping and will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund.
