Refund policy

You can try the speakers at home for 14 days, and return shipping is free.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy from us. The period runs from the day you receive the item. If your order consists of several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

The right of withdrawal also applies to speakers made to order in one of our standard finishes.

How to withdraw
Let us know within the 14 days at info@bulowsen.dk. You can use the standard form below, but you don't have to. We will then send you a free return label. Send the item back no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the parcel.

Return shipping
Return shipping is free. Pack the speakers securely, preferably in the original packaging, and use the return label we send you.

Refund
We will refund all payments, including the original delivery costs for standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. The money will be returned to the payment method you used.

Condition of the item
You may try the speakers as you would in a shop. You are liable for any reduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Complaints
You have a 24-month right to complain about defects. For a valid complaint, we cover the shipping. See our terms and conditions.
