Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases on bulowsen.dk and are written for consumers.

1. Who is the seller?
The webshop is operated by RUUM Audio ApS under the name Bülowsen, Strandvejen 30, 7830 Vinderup, Denmark, CVR 42410411. Email: info@bulowsen.dk. Phone: +45 28 10 15 43.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK) or Norwegian kroner (NOK), depending on the country you shop from, and include VAT. For deliveries to Norway, customs duties and import fees may apply; see our shipping policy. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors.

3. The contract
The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. Please check it and contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong.

4. Made to order and delivery
Our speakers are built and finished by hand in Denmark. If a variant is not in stock, it is made for you, and the delivery time is then 3–4 weeks. This is shown on the product page, and the expected delivery time is also stated in your order confirmation. We deliver to Denmark, Sweden and Norway with PostNord and UPS. 5. Right of withdrawal and free returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Return shipping is free. The procedure and the standard withdrawal form are set out in our return policy.

6. Complaints about defects
You have a 24-month right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects present at the time of delivery, not normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use. Complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Write to info@bulowsen.dk with a short description and preferably a photo. For a valid complaint, we cover the shipping and arrange repair, replacement or a refund.

7. Accessories and electronics from partners
Hubs and streamers, such as the WiSA Stereo Hub HT and WiiM Ultra, are supplied by our manufacturing partners. We handle your complaint, but the manufacturer's own support resources can also be used.

8. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at info@bulowsen.dk and we will find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk. If you live in Sweden or Norway, you can get help from Forbruger Europa (the European Consumer Centre Denmark).

10. Governing law
The contract is governed by Danish law. This does not affect the rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
